"Ruth's knowledge of law is expansive..." - Dina S.
Ruth is an amazing migration lawyer and has helped me in numerous ways to get my visa application approved. Ruth's knowledge of the law is expansive and she would go through lengths to solve any problems or questions asked. She makes herself available to all parties in the case and is able to communicate to all parties at any level.
"Great listener...and very easy to contact." - Snow L.
I have worked with Ruth in my visa application in Australia and I highly recommend her.
Ruth had been excellent throughout the visa application process and after. She was a great listener and was very positive and encouraging through all the process. Ruth was certainly professional and organised but also very friendly, she made me feel like I was more than just a client, which was very important to me.
Ruth was very easy to contact and always happy to answer my questions. I certainly enjoyed the time we worked together and will definitely request her assistance again if I had a legal matter.
My first stage of visa has now been approved and I am on my way to become an Australian Permanent Resident; thanks to Ruth and her excellent work!
"Highly recommended." - Kelly and Zeke
"I walked into Ruth's office after a devastating experience regarding a migration matter. Within minutes I knew I was in the right place. Having Ruth take us through both stages of our partner visa was such a relief. I would highly recommend her, she traveled through uncharted waters for all of us, and guided us with professionalism and heart.

"Ruth went above and beyond our expectations..." - John and Peni
Since approaching Visa specialist Agent Ruth Chai-Njiino for advice on the best and quickest method to allow my fiancée Peni, to enter Australia for residency purposes, we knew we had made the right choice.
From day one Ruth acted both professionally and personally and worked extremely hard and diligently to achieve what was a successful outcome for a Prospective Marriage Visa application.
Ruth always kept in touch with regular updates and constantly advised us on the next steps to take, which without her advice I know we would have struggled immensely to achieve any form of positive outcome.
We can honestly say Ruth went above and beyond our expectations and in her professional role, on our behalf Ruth also organised the translation of Peni’s personal documents into English, she also regularly kept in touch with the off-shore visa agency dealing with our application and updating us with their responses.
Thanks to Ruth’s perseverance we not only achieved a successful outcome, we also have become good friends, Peni and I have no hesitation in continuing with Ruth’s services after we get married next month and move forward with our Permanent Residency Application.
Thank you for all your help Ruth and thank you for accepting our Wedding Ceremony Invitation.
"Her devotion to the task was eminent." - Cris Lee
After my dealings with Visa Specialist Ruth Chai-Njiino, I decided to engage her professional service in making an appeal on my legal case to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Her advice and assistance was done wholeheartedly and her devotion to the task was eminent. The court eventually made us a decision in our favour, which I will be forever grateful for. I can only add that she conducts herself in a very caring fashion and I know she runs what appears to be only a very successful firm.
